The "After" of the exterior includes new siding, stone, windows, elimination of an entry, and lighting.

What once was a closed-off hallway to a door to a split-foyer, is now an open foyer with a new staircase.
New hardwood flooring and windows help update the house. New light fixtures coordinate throughout.

The neutral field tile plays nicely with the beautiful quartz countertops.
A completely new master bathroom featuring twin vanities was created.
The marble floor tile was taken up the side of the large soaking tub. A soft blue was chosen for the wall color.
The bathroom now features a walk-in shower and water closet.
Money was saved by using a faux marble field tile on the walls of the shower. A real marble mosaic was used on the floor and in the niche.
The contemporary coastal style continued in the kids' bathroom in the new kids' wing over the garage.

The island was eliminated and a peninsula was put in its stead to open up the once cramped space. Hardwood floors replace the ceramic tile throughout the first floor of the house.
White cabinetry, new appliances, and chic gold hardware and lighting give a fresh clean feeling.
The dining room now sports a beautiful blue-gray paint color and a new chandelier which coordinates with the foyer fixture.
The quartz countertop includes gold veining and a soft blue-gray color that is picked up as an accent paint color in other areas of the house.
